Schneider Electric Franco – Kenyan Centre of Excellence launched at PC Kinyanjui Technical Training Institute in Kenya

A collaborative effort between Schneider Electric Limited Kenya,The State Department for TVET, The French Ministry, and the National Education has seen the launch of a center of excellence equipped with electrical and automation systems to provide hands-on experience to students at PC Kinyanjui Training Institute in Nairobi.
The newly launched center of excellence is Equipped with electric systems aimed at providing hands-on experience and real-world scenarios while aiding in research work to help provide solutions in renewable energy to drive innovative excellence in the energy field.
While launching the new excellence center, Ifeanyi Odoh, the president of Schneider Electric East Africa, urged companies to integrate energy-efficient systems to minimize the cost of production to have more affordable products in the market.
Representing the French Ministry of National Education, Ambassador Arnaud Suquet from the French embassy, mentioned that the French Ministry will provide a resident expert to assist in teaching and training the trainers while taking charge and monitoring the project.
